PhD Study

According to the Federal Law No. 273-Ф3 “About Education” of December 29, 2012 training of highly-qualified academic staff is considered the third level of higher education which includes PhD programs.

Department of PhD Study performs organizational, methodical, coordination and monitoring activities in the area of training and certification of the teaching and academic staff.

The main goal of the Department is implementation of the state policy in the area of higher education as well as the university strategic development.

PhD study is a system that allows to train a new generation of in-demand highly-qualified professionals who are competitive on the market of intellectual labor and skilled in analytical and research work.
