Faculty of Roads and Transport

Faculty of Roads and Transport was founded on the base of the Faculty of Roads and Transport of Voronezh GASU, which was established in 1968. Nowadays, the Faculty has accumulated a wide experience in academic and methodological activities, scientific research and practical training of students. Graduates of the Faculty are highly demanded by road sector enterprises of the Voronezh region and other regions of Russian Federation and occupy leading positions in divisions of Rosavtodor and the Ministry of Transport. 

Faculty of Roads and Transport trains Specialists on two enlarged courses: “Construction” and “Land Transport Vehicles”, which are subdivided into three major fields: “Construction of unique buildings and structures” specialization “Construction of highways, airfields and special structures”; “Construction of railroads, bridges and transport tunnel” specialization “Bridges”; “Land transport and technological facilities” specialization “Materials-handling, construction and road facilities and equipment”.  

The Faculty also provides the following Bachelor’s degree programs: “Highways”, “Highway Bridges and Tunnels”, “Automobiles and constructional equipment”, “Maintenance of Automobiles and Base Units of Construction Equipment”.
