Faculty of Engineering Systems and Structures

Founded in 1960, the Faculty of Engineering Systems and Structures today is one of the leading faculties of the university. The departments of the faculty are staffed with highly qualified professors, most of whom are the ones with extensive scientific and pedagogical work experience. Also there are nine Doctors of Science, Professors, and more than forty Associate Professors.

Our professors are acquainted with modern methods of scientific research and project design. The technologies and constructions of clean water supply and water supply systems, heat and gas supply and ventilation developed by them are protected by more than three hundred author's certificates for inventions and patents. The results of their scientific research are constantly being introduced into the educational process.

Students, undergraduates and postgraduates of the faculty are given all the opportunities for creative studies. All the classes are carried out at high scientific and pedagogical level; all the laboratories are fully equipped and also there is a huge book stock in the library. Students of the faculty participate in fire-fighting competitions winning a huge amount of prizes.The Faculty of Engineering Systems and Structures has always been famous for highly qualified specialists and what is more, cohesiveness of students and teaching staff.
