Construction and Engineering College of Voronezh State Technical University implements educational programs of secondary professional education
College graduates have preference to a higher level education. College graduates are admitted to study on educational programs of higher education through internal entrance tests. Persons with secondary professional education are accepted into the 1^st educational year with further training according to an individual plan, including a snap course.
During their education period students have the right to denial of determent of call-up. Ninth-grade students (15-16 y.o.) get not only an upscale profession, but are also actively involved in scientific work.

Specialty 08.02.01 Construction and operation of buildings and structures

5. Field of professional activity of basic-training graduates: organization and implementation of designing, construction, maintenance and repair, reconstruction of buildings and structures.

Specialty 08.02.08 Installation and maintenance of equipment and gas supply systems

3. Form of study: on the basis of general secondary education (11 years) - full-time, contract,

5. Field of professional activity of basic-training graduates: organization and implementation of designing, construction, reconstruction, technical re-equipment, conservation and liquidation, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of devices used in gas distribution and gas consumption systems.

Duration of study: on the basis of general basic education (9 years) - 3 years 10 months.
Duration of study: on the basis of general secondary education (11 years) - 2 years 10 months (contract). 
Assigned Qualification: «computer system technician»
Field of professional activity of basic-training graduates development and production of hardware and software suits, operation and maintenance of computer systems, technical support and tuning of the system in general and its elements, providing information protection in software sets of computer systems.

Specialty 09.02.07 Information systems and programming

5.Field of professional activity of basic-training graduates: programming of modules, technical support and maintenance of computer SW; designing and development of information systems; information system support, designing of web-applications.

Specialty 11.02.01 Radio engineering

Participation in designing, development of engineering procedures, installation, tuning and operation of radio equipment.

Assigned qualification «electronic devices specialist» 
Specialists are trained to work in workshops, departments, design bureaus, R&D labs, companies, workshops and other organizations of wide radio engineering profile. Graduates are involved in designing, development of technological processes, installation, configuration and operation of electronic devices.

Wide introduction of mechatronic and robotic systems for various industrial purposes requires highly qualified specialists in the field of designing, manufacturing and operation. Field of activity is installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of mechatronic systems and mobile robotic complexes.

Specialty 15.02.13. Maintenance and repair of ventilation and air conditioning systems

Specialty 34.02.01 Nursing care

Admission: based on the average score of an education certificate.
Duration of study: on the basis of general basic education (9 years) - 3 years 10 months. 
Duration of study: on the basis of general secondary education (11 years) - 2 years 10 months (contract). 
Assigned qualification «nurse».
Students are trained in Voronezh medical and preventive treatment institutions, regional affiliated hospital, regional and municipal children’s health centres, infectious diseases hospital, neuropsychiatric and dermato-venerological dispensaries, etc. 
Graduates work in various Voronezh medical and preventive treatment institutions, dispensaries, diagnostic centers, sanatoriums, nursery schools and schools.

Specialty 54.02.01  Design (by branches)

1. Admission: based on the average score of an education certificate, creative presentation exam.
2. Duration of study: on the basis of general secondary education (11 years) - 2 years 10 months; on the basis of general basic education (9 years) - 3 years 10 months.
3. Form of study: on the basis of general secondary education (11 years) - full-time, contract,
on the basis of general basic education (9 years) – full-time, contract.
4. Assigned qualification: designer.
5.Field of professional activity of basic-training graduates: organization and fulfillment of works on designing the artistic, technical, subject-spatial, industrial and social-cultural environments maximally adapted to requirements of various categories of consumers.

The main educational programs of the specialties are licensed and issued with public and state credentials.
Admission of applicants is based on the average score of the educational document. A creative presentation exam is conducted in the specialty "Design (by branches).
Education is state-subsidized and contract-based as well. Our state-subsidized students get academic and social scholarships, financial assistance, dormitory and, at the expense of university, have an opportunity to go on holiday to the Black Sea coast on excursions. Students take an active part in the life of the university.
