RULES OF THE DESIGN AND SUBMISSION
To publish materials in the journal, authors must submit to the editorial office:
- two copies of the manuscript, including pages with annotations, the main text of the article, numbered illustrations and tables, figure captions, information about the authors;

electronic version of the article;
- review by an external leading specialist in the field of the presented material;
- expert opinion, certified by the head of the organization or his deputy and the seal;
- keywords of the article;information about the authors, including last name, first name, patronymic, place of work and position, academic degree and title, contact phone number, postal (with index) and e-mail address (if any) for correspondence.
The editorial board reserves the right to carry out additional reviewing and technical editing of the submitted works.
The article will be accepted for consideration only if all requirements are met!
