RULES FOR REVIEWING SCIENTIFIC ARTICLES

  1. All manuscripts submitted to the journal are sent according to the profile of scientific research for review by members of the editorial board and leading experts in the field.
  2. Not reviewed: articles by full members and corresponding members of the Russian Academy.
  3. Experts working in the same structural unit of the institution where the work was performed are not involved in the review.
  4. Reviewers are notified that the manuscripts sent by them are the private property of the authors and are classified as information not subject to disclosure. Reviewers are not allowed to make copies of articles for their own needs.
  5. The review is confidential. The author of the reviewed work is given the opportunity to read the text of the review.
  6. Violation of confidentiality is possible only if the reviewer claims that the materials contained in the article are unreliable or falsified.
  7. If the review of the article contains an indication of the need to correct it, then it is sent to the author for revision. In this case, the date of receipt by the editorial office is the date of return of the revised article.
  8. In case of disagreement with the opinion of the reviewer, the author of the article has the right to provide a reasoned answer to the editors of the journal. The article can be sent for re-reviewing or for approval by the editorial board.
  9. The decision on the expediency of publication after review is made by the editor-in-chief, and, if necessary, by the editorial board as a whole.
  10. The publication reviews all the materials received by the editorial office that correspond to its subject, with the aim of their expert evaluation. All reviewers are recognized experts in the subject of the peer-reviewed materials and have publications on the subject of the peer-reviewed article over the past 3 years. Reviews are stored in the publishing house and in the editorial office of the publication for 5 years.
  11. The editorial board of the publication sends copies of reviews or a reasoned refusal to the authors of the submitted materials, and also undertakes to send copies of reviews to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation upon receipt of a corresponding request by the editorial office of the publication.
