INTRODUCTION TO TRADITIONS OF MASLENITSA WEEK TO THE FOREIGN STUDENTS OF VSTU

A meeting of the Russian Club dedicated to the celebration of Maslenitsa was held at the Department of the Russian Language and Intercultural Communication of VSTU. Teachers of the department and students of the field of study "Journalism" spoke about the history of the celebration, the traditions of the Maslenitsa week. Foreign students of VSTU took an active part in the event. The students sang songs, read poems, participated in the production of the Russian folk tale "Turnip". At the end of the celebration, students ate pancakes with pleasure. All participants received a lot of positive emotions!
