On July 7, Dmitry Konstantinovich Proskurin was appointed Rector of the Voronezh State Technical University. This information was disseminated by Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation today, July 6

Recall that on April 20, the election of the rector was held at our university. A confident victory in them was won by the acting rector D.K. Proskurin. Order approving D.K. Proskurin in office, signed by the head of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation V.N. Falkov, takes effect from July 7

Dmitry Konstantinovich Proskurin graduated with honors from the Voronezh State Academy of Architecture and Civil Engineering in 1994. In 2000, he was awarded the degree of Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, and in 2005, the academic title of Associate Professor. He worked in various positions at his native university and later at VSTU. The last position before the appointment was acting Rector of Voronezh State Technical University.
